Urtak

A CPA marketplace platform. Three apps in one Turborepo + pnpm workspace, each on its own subdomain, all talking to one api.urtak.uz.

  • urtak.uz (partner site), dashboard.urtak.uz (admin panel), seller.urtak.uz (webmaster panel): separate apps behind Nginx subdomain routing
  • 5 shared packages: @urtak/config (design tokens), @urtak/store (Redux), @urtak/server (Axios + 13 API services), @urtak/hooks (TanStack Query), @urtak/ui (components)

Migrantlar24

A news system for Uzbek migrants in Russia and beyond: a public portal, an editorial admin panel and distribution to social networks. We build it as a team of two.

  • Portal: Next.js 15 in four languages (Uzbek Latin and Cyrillic, Russian, English), its own design system (dark navy, golden yellow, Manrope), mobile first
  • Admin panel: React + Vite + TypeScript + Ant Design v5 + Zustand, with bottom tab navigation on phones
  • Three distribution wizards: Telegram, Web and Video, so one story goes out to several channels

A Telegram bot: people find a voice clip by its name, and admins add new clips right inside Telegram.

Personal brand site: SEO and speed

A personal brand site for a business consultant, in Latin, Cyrillic and Russian. The job was speed and being found in search.

  • 11 YouTube iframes swapped for a light facade: blocking time went from 13,370 ms to near zero
  • 29 PNGs converted to WebP, about 95% lighter on average
  • JSON-LD Person schema so both spellings, Latin and Cyrillic, show up in search
  • 13 370ms → ~0

This site. I moved it from a Vite SPA to the Next.js 15 App Router, then redesigned it with Three.js and GSAP.

  • Project pages are pre-rendered with their own metadata, in two languages
  • JSON-LD (Person, WebSite, SoftwareApplication) and a 1200×630 OG image from next/og
  • Hosted on Vercel: every push deploys, branches get previews, the contact form runs through a server API
